In St. Petersburg, a criminal case has been opened under articles on organizing illegal migration (paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and organizing a criminal community (parts 1, 2 of article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The investigation considers the head of the group of the municipal deputy of the Kolpino MO from United Russia Viktor Danishevsky, writes “Kommersant”.

According to investigators, a deputy of one of the municipalities of St. Petersburg created a criminal community that dealt with forged documents to register foreigners with migration records. In addition to the Investigative Committee, the FSB and the National Guard are involved in the investigation of the case. In total, six people were detained: three men and three women. At the same time, the organizer was detained in the Ryazan region “while trying to escape.”

According to Kommersant, the investigation considers Viktor Danishevsky, a deputy of the Kolpino municipality and president of the Federation of Mixed Martial Arts of the Leningrad Region, to be the organizer of the grouping.
