In the new edition of the state program “Information Society”, approved government on Tuesday, the subsection “Assessment of the current state of the relevant sphere of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation or ensuring the national security of the Russian Federation” was changed.
In addition, the subsection “Description of the priorities and objectives of the state policy in the field of the Program implementation, including general requirements for the policy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the relevant area” is supplemented with information on the parameters strategic initiatives for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federationrelated to the Ministry of Digital Development (creating opportunities for the transition to digital interaction between citizens, business and the state; maintaining a balance of supply and demand in the labor market in the IT industry, increasing the speed of servicing citizens and creating comfortable conditions for business in the provision of state, municipal and other services, etc.).
The regulation comes into force on January 1, 2023.
Previously became knownthat the financing of the state program “Information societywill decrease over the next three years. According to the draft federal budget, the amount of funding will be: in 2023 – 278.5 billion rubles (a decrease of almost 40 billion); in 2024 – 256.6 billion rubles (decrease by 50 billion); in 2025 – 170.5 billion rubles (a decrease of 105 billion).
