The Petersburger was fined for failing to appear on the agenda. “Paper”

The Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg registered a complaint by Nikita Zhurba against a fine imposed on him for allegedly failing to appear at the military registration and enlistment office on the agenda. According to the man, he came to the commissariat twice. About it informs press service of the courts of the city.

Essence. Zhurba said that on September 28 he received a summons. The next day, he came to the military enlistment office with documents on the postponement. Then an employee of the military commissariat told him that the young man would not be mobilized.

On October 16, Nikita Zhurba found a second summons in the apartment door. The next day, he again appeared at the military registration and enlistment office, where he was again told that he was free.

However, later, by mail, he was sent a protocol on an administrative offense for failing to appear on the agenda – allegedly he was supposed to come to the military registration and enlistment office on October 6. According to the young man, he was not handed the third summons. Zhurba was fined 500 rubles.

In numbers. This is the second known case of a complaint registered in St. Petersburg against the protocol on non-appearance at the military registration and enlistment office since the beginning of mobilization. October 26 Petr Logvinov from St. Petersburg filed application for a fine of 1500 rubles.

According to the press service of the courts of St. Petersburg, Nikita Zhurba’s complaint is the 70th administrative lawsuit to challenge decisions on mobilization.
