The government has made changes to the concept of transition to the provision of public services in 24/7 mode





Contributed changes to the government’s concepts transition to the provision of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the absolute majority of state and municipal services without the need for the personal presence of citizens.

In particular, the position on the quarterly submission of a report on the implementation of the concept to the government of the Russian Federation has been excluded.

Guidelines for the formation of target states of public services and descriptions of target states of public services, templates of necessary documents instead of a departmental act are approved by the minutes of the government subcommittee.

The minimum number of subjects of the Russian Federation in which regional centers for optimizing public services should be created has been reduced from 30 to 10.

The deadlines for the execution of certain events have been postponed.

Recall that in May 2021, President instructed ensure a phased transition by the end of 2023 to the provision of 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the absolute majority of state and municipal services without the need for the personal presence of citizens, including at the MFC.

In April the government reportedthat, in pilot mode, work will be carried out in the regions on the basis of specially created MFCs in the third quarter of 2022. In the course of this work, the internal processes of state departments in the provision of state and municipal services will be formalized and digitized, and later the practice will be scaled up throughout the country. The government has already launched a pilot project to optimize state and municipal services in four regions – Belgorod, Voronezh, Kaliningrad regions and the Chuvash Republic.
