Police officers of the Petrogradsky district drew up protocols against four defenders of the Basevych house, who were picketing outside the building on October 14. About it reported publication “MR7” with reference to the text of the protocols and the telegram channel “SPb SOS demolition”.
The activists were accused of violating the procedure for holding a rally (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). They face a fine of up to 30,000 rubles or an administrative arrest of up to 10 days.

An administrative protocol was also drawn up against the city defender Oleg Mukhin – earlier, according to his statement, the house of Basevich was recognized as material evidence in a case against officials of the committee for state control, use and protection of historical and cultural monuments.

In October, the Investigative Committee banned the demolition of Baseevich’s house and recognized the building as material evidence in a criminal case against KGIOP officials.
