Petersburger filed a lawsuit against the military registration and enlistment office, because of which he was not allowed to go abroad three times

Petersburg resident Andrei Kalyagin filed a lawsuit against the military enlistment office of the Vyborg district, which forbade him to travel abroad. About it reported United press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.

Why did the Petersburger file a lawsuit. Border services did not let Kalyagin go abroad three times. Employees of the airport checkpoint in Yekaterinburg issued him a notice, according to which his right to leave the country was limited by the military registration and enlistment office of the Vyborgsky district until further notice.

According to the press service of the courts of St. Petersburg, 27-year-old Kalyagin works as an operator of an electronic computer in the Russian army. Previously, the St. Petersburg citizen was assigned the fitness category “B”, he did not receive a summons from the commissariat.

According to Kalyagin, he cannot be mobilized “because of his health,” which is why he considers the travel ban illegal. The Petersburger asked the court to cancel the order of the military registration and enlistment office and send the relevant information to the border service of the FSB.

Who has not yet been released from Russia. Earlier in medical institutions came documents that require doctors not to travel abroad. The papers were signed by Dmitry Lisovets, chairman of the health committee. According to the document, doctors were advised not to leave Russia “until further notice.”
