Popular Russian singer Oleg Gazmanov cannot get rid of his own apartment in Jurmala.
The Baltic authorities have long banned the artist from entering the country. At the same time, Gazmanov himself admitted that he continues to pay for utilities, no matter how strange it may sound.
“I pay money regularly – taxes, a communal apartment, but I don’t go there. Of course, there was an amazing situation, ”said the artist.
At the same time, the singer added that he would have parted with overseas property with great pleasure. However, there are practically no people who want to buy a house.
Gazmanov put up housing at a price three times lower than the market price. But even under such conditions, no one is interested in buying, he concluded.
