Ministry of Defense: conscription within the framework of “partial mobilization” is completed. The presidential decree on this has not yet been published
The military enlistment offices were ordered to stop issuing subpoenas, write in the Ministry of Defense. Headquarters and military registration and enlistment offices will continue to accept only volunteers.
“Warning stations and headquarters, collection points for citizens of military commissariats, as well as buildings and structures allocated by decisions of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, used for partial mobilization measures, are subject to release for functioning or use for their former purpose,” the Ministry of Defense telegram channel states.
What you need to know. According to the law, “partial mobilization” can only be stopped by the president of the country by a special decree. So far, the corresponding document has not been published on the Kremlin website.
