Maestro Alexander Gindin presents the festival “Suzdal-Millennium” in the Vladimir region

An outstanding Russian pianist, conductor and piano teacher Alexander Gindin opened a special cultural project “Suzdal-Millennium” as part of the preparation of the anniversary celebrations in the Vladimir region for the 1000th anniversary of Suzdal.
Within the framework of the festival on November 3-13, concerts and master classes will be held in Suzdal with the participation of leading musical groups, instrumental soloists, who have been associated with Alexander Gindin for years of joint work.
On National Unity Day, November 4, a solo concert by Alexander Gindin will take place at the Center for Culture and Leisure in Suzdal. The program includes music Sergei Rachmaninov, Franz Liszt, Frederic Chopin.
November 11 in the hall of the Vladimir Regional Philharmonic visiting the festival – the Russian National Orchestra conducted by Alexander Rudin. Conductor – Felix Korobov, soloist – Alexander Gindin. The program includes essays. Sergei Rachmaninoff and Johannes Brahms.
On November 13, the famous Borodin String Quartet will perform in the Cross Chamber of the Suzdal Kremlin. Soloist – Alexander Gindin. The program includes compositions for ensembles Johannes Brahms and Cesar Franck.
The festival will become a significant event in the cultural life of the ancient and artifact-rich Vladimir-Suzdal land.
