The Primorsky District Court refused to extend house arrest to Petersburger Irina Tsybaneva, accused of desecrating the burial place of Vladimir Putin’s parents. About it informs “Zaks.ru” from the courtroom, information about the change of measure of restraint “Paper” Irina’s daughter confirmed.
According to Zaks.ru, Tsybaneva was replaced by a preventive measure with a ban on certain actions. The court did not satisfy the petition of the investigator, who asked to extend the house arrest until January 8 in order to wait for the results of the examinations and study the video recordings.
According to the publication, Judge Sergei Kopusov banned Tsybaneva from visiting the Serafimovsky cemetery, communicating with its employees and using the Internet. As reported “Paper” Irina’s daughter, a woman can use communication tools with access to the Internet only to call an ambulance, police, emergency services, in emergencies and to communicate with the investigation.

By versions investigation, 60-year-old Irina Tsybaneva left a note on the grave of the parents of Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Serafimovsky cemetery in early October. In a fragment of the note, which the investigator had previously shown at the trial, it was written: “Parents of a maniac, take him to your place, he causes so much pain and murders. The whole world is praying for his death. Death to Putin, you raised a freak and a murderer.”
The woman has two children and six grandchildren. Under the article on desecration of the burial places of the dead motivated by hatred or enmity (part 2 of article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), she faces up to five years in prison. October 12 Primorsky District Court sent Tsybanev under house arrest.
