The demonstration and official launch of the first Russian development that solves any quality control tasks at all stages of the software life cycle – the Test IT PRO platform – took place in the Skolkovo Technopark on November 7, IBS reports on Thursday.

Test IT PRO was the result of the joint work of IBS and Test IT, which combined many years of experience in the field of software quality management and modern requirements for digital products, the report says.
The Test IT PRO platform includes a set of software tools-modules for solving applied problems faced by test engineers, project managers, test analysts and other software quality specialists.
The joint development of IBS and Test IT helps speed up the release of new software products and updates, reduce time-to-market costs and reduce the cost of QA departments for routine tasks. The platform makes it possible to manage all types of testing in a single space: manual, automated, load — and combines reports, test cases and launches in one ecosystem, allowing specialists to monitor project quality indicators at all stages of work.

Konstantin Kurdyumov, Director of IBS Own Platforms, spoke about the plans for the development of Load IT and Qual IT platform products, and also announced the release of another product that will become part of the Test IT PRO system. “This is a Data IT module, the main purpose of which is the management and control of test data. The module will increase the efficiency of testing up to 20%, the quality of the testing process by reducing the number of errors when using test data. The process will become transparent for the team, there will be no need to introduce regulations,” the expert noted.
During the practical part of the event, its participants got acquainted with all the possibilities of the new platform, and during the thematic sessions they exchanged project experience and discussed plans for the future. Employees of leading companies in finance, retail and the telecom sector spoke about practical cases and topical tasks in the field of software quality management.
During the event, representatives of the QA community were able not only to ask questions about Test IT PRO and share ideas on using the platform, but also talked with like-minded people and colleagues in an informal setting.
