Government ordered to conduct an experiment on expert and analytical support of scientific and technical projects, including the advanced identification of patentable solutions with a high potential for commercialization – to create high-tech products.
Dates of the experiment: start after seven days from the date of publication, end – September 29, 2023.
An experiment is being carried out by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and Rospatent.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia was instructed to develop a schedule for the experiment by November 15, 2022 and determine the list of participants in the experiment from among the organizations that have expressed a desire to participate.
