Alfa-Bank users reported problems accessing the application from abroad

Users of Alfa-Bank complained for problems with access to the application. In the bank declaredthat this applies to customers who are abroad.

In the comments on twitter posts about problems with access, Alfa-Bank customer support responded that it was aware of problems with accessing the site and application from abroad, and suggested using a VPN with a Russian IP address.

Alfa-Bank added that “there is no failure, but due to technical work, individual clients are temporarily unable to enter the application if they are abroad.”
