The Petrogradsky District Court registered a complaint from Petersburger Pyotr Logvinov against a fine for failing to appear at the military registration and enlistment office. About it informs United press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.

This is the first complaint registered in St. Petersburg against the protocol on non-appearance at the military registration and enlistment office since the beginning of mobilization. This is also the first known case of such a protocol.

On October 7, the military commissar of the Petrogradsky district brought Logvinov to justice under the article on failure to fulfill military registration obligations (Article 21.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), follows from the press service of the courts of St. Petersburg. The commissioner imposed a fine of 1,500 rubles.

It follows from the decision that Logvinov was supposed to appear at the military enlistment office on the agenda on the morning of September 24, but did not do this and did not report a good reason for not appearing. In his complaint, the Petersburger claims that he was in the military registration and enlistment office and asks to stop the proceedings.

The court accepted the complaint for proceedings and demanded materials.

What else to read:

  • In the Leningrad region, the court suspended mobilization of a man who asked for alternative service.
