A court in St. Petersburg appointed a 4-year suspended sentence to a policeman. “Paper”

On Monday, November 7, the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg sentenced patrol officer Mikhail Shigorin to four years probation under the article on abuse of office. On March 28, 2020, Shigorin, along with another police officer, noticed a cyclist who was not dismounting at a pedestrian crossing.
