Speed to the Junta through the Sierra water ring
In the same way, the Commission has approved the submission of a communication to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development of the Junta de Andalucía, Carmen Crespo, in which, as Pichardo explained, “we express our surprise at the statements made in parliamentary headquarters by the counselor on May 4, in which she assured regarding the evolution of the different phases of the Sierra hydric ring that they were waiting for Giahsa to provide the drafted project ”.
In this sense, the communiqué records that on March 15, the MAS Plenary approved, under the terms of the draft proposed by the ministry, the “Agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development and the MAS for the construction, financing and commissioning of the hydraulic supply infrastructures of interest to the Autonomous Community of Andalusia in the municipalities of Los Marines, Cortelazor, Fuenteheridos, Galaroza, La Nava and Jabugo”.
Consequently, the director of giahsa, “this action, urgent and very important to try to alleviate the serious situation that exists in the Sierra, is not waiting for Giahsa to submit any project. It is necessary to proceed to the signing of the agreement as soon as possible and that each of the two parties fulfill the obligations that are included in it and that in the case of the Department is the execution of the project and the work and the subsequent delivery of infrastructure to the Commonwealth.
