After the official farewell ceremony and the civil memorial service, which took place in the ritual hall of the Troekurovsky cemetery, the funeral procession left the hall and went to the burial place on foot. Illustrious and famous and ordinary people – all were nearby and walked behind the coffin together.
Onlookers surrounded Alla Pugacheva, who, in mournful silence, followed the hearse that took her friend Valentin Yudashkin to eternity. Alla Borisovna was in all black in accordance with the moment. She hid behind dark glasses and a mushroom hat.

Fashion designer Igor Gulyaev led her by the arm. People enthusiastically photographed this couple on their phones. Singer Dmitry Malikov marched to Yudashkin’s grave with his wife Elena. Singer Anita Tsoi and Natasha Koroleva hid grief behind dark glasses. Alexander Rosenbaum and his wife Elena Savshinskaya brought yellow sunflowers to Valentin Yudashkin – probably the fashion designer loved them. They came to say goodbye: Leonid Yakubovich, Dmitry Peskov, Klara Novikova, Vladimir Vinokur, Taisiya Povaliy, Arkady Ukupnik, Vladimir Mashkov, Nikolai Baskov. Vinokur was very mournful, he and Yudashkin were friends.

A month ago, despite a serious illness, Valentine found the strength to come to the anniversary of Vinokur. Officials were also at the farewell ceremony: Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Kozhin, Vice President of the Russian Olympic Committee, Vladislav Tretyak, President of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation and member of the ROC Executive Committee, Anatoly Kucherena, a lawyer… It’s easier to say who was not there. Of the stars of Russian show business, Philip Kirkorov was not noticed. His father, Bedros Kirkorov, came instead.
Valentin Yudashkin died on May 2. He was 59 years old. He died after seven years of fighting cancer. Today, the couturier was buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow.
