We continue to acquaint you with the heroes of the special operation “Z” – participants in the hostilities in the Donbass. Privates, sergeants, corporals and officers who showed their professional experience, character and completed combat missions. Their determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Russian Ministry of Defense, in the police of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics give the highest rating. They ensured the disruption of attacks, prevented nationalist counteroffensives, and received state awards. But they do not serve for praise.
The servicemen are sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
“No nation gains as much as England from the continuation of the war …”, said Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle. And after the battle, during the Italian and Swiss campaigns, he admonished Count Miloradovich like this: “Bayonets, speed, surprise! … The enemy thinks that you are a hundred, two hundred miles away, and you, having doubled your heroic step, descend quickly, suddenly. The enemy sings, walks, waits for you from an open field; and you, from behind the steep mountains, from behind the dense forests, fly at him like snow on his head, smash, constrain, overturn, beat, drive, do not let him come to his senses; whoever is frightened is half defeated, fear has big eyes, one in ten will appear. Be perspicacious, careful, have a definite goal.
UNDER MORTAR FIRE MADE A BOLD DECISION

“The tanker, which was driven by the driver – the grenade launcher of the Guard Corporal Sergei Morozov, moved in the column of the battalion tactical group. While moving in the place of limited maneuver, the column was subjected to artillery and mortar fire from the enemy. The lead and trailing vehicles were immobilized. Having assessed the situation, under the conditions of incessant fire, realizing that a projectile hitting a car with fuel would lead to a powerful explosion capable of destroying a large number of manpower and equipment, Sergey, risking his life, taking advantage of the terrain, took the car out of the shelling zone. Having driven to a safe distance, Morozov found two Ukrainian “Nationalists who tried to get close to the car with fuel and blow it up. Assessing the situation, Sergei destroyed the enemy with aimed fire. Thanks to the courageous and decisive actions of the Guard Corporal Sergei Morozov, the tasks set to provide the group with fuel and lubricants were completed in full.”
TIMELY DETECTED THE APPROXIMATION OF THE ENEMY

“During the conduct of defensive operations, the crew of Corporal Shagin carried out the task of holding positions in the area of a strategically important settlement. The enemy attempted an offensive in order to recapture the settlement and attacked the paratroopers with superior forces. Being at the forefront, the driver Shagin timely detected enemy movements , took an advantageous position with the crew of the self-propelled guns and entered the battle.Professional use of the combat capabilities of weapons and military equipment, a competent choice of positions for firing and surprise allowed Corporal Shagin and his crew to destroy an armored car, a machine-gun crew, as well as military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the battle. Due to the professional and selfless actions of the Guard Corporal Shagin and his crew, the enemy was detected in a timely manner, suffered significant losses in manpower and equipment, and was subsequently forced to retreat.
