
In Nevinnomyssk, the National Dog Show of all breeds took place, in which not only pets of local residents, but also guests from Cherkessk, Stavropol, Taganrog, Krasnodar, Essentuki, Rostov-on-Don, Vladikavkaz took part.
All breeds of dogs were evaluated by a competent and well-known expert from Nizhny Novgorod Alexei Belkin.
The exhibition brought together about 150 participants of different breeds: Yorkshire Terriers, Spitz, German and Belgian Shepherds, Dobermans, Bulldogs, Spaniels, Setters. There were such rare breeds as the Maremmo-Abrutsk Sheepdog, the Pharaoh Hound, and the Spanish Water Dog.
All of them competed among themselves in beauty, the ability to move correctly and show themselves in the best possible way. The best representatives in each breed were chosen. The winners of the competitions of the exhibition were awarded with diplomas, cups, medals and prizes from the sponsors of the exhibition.
One of the competitions of the exhibition was called “Pride of Russia”, where the best representative of domestic breeds was selected. The winner was a dog from Stavropol: a South Russian Shepherd Dog named Amulet of Russia Mrs. Metelitsa.
The Rottweiler from Armavir became the winner of the most important competition of the exhibition.
