The investigation of the criminal case against two 17-year-old and one 18-year-old girls has been completed. They are accused of committing three crimes under paragraph “a” part 4 of Art. 228.1 (illegal production, sale or transfer of narcotic drugs committed by an organized group), and one crime under paragraph. “a”, “d” part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (sale of narcotic drugs committed by an organized group on a large scale).
According to the Investigative Committee of the ICR in the Stavropol Territory, from May to August 2022, the accused, being members of an organized group, as “wholesale” and “retail” couriers, distributed synthetic drugs in the cities of Novopavlovsk and Zelenokumsk. The total mass of narcotic drugs was 33.59 grams.
During the investigation, the defendants also pointed to other places in the city of Novopavlovsk, where they had distributed narcotic drugs that had not yet been sold.
To date, the case has been brought to court.
