Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratyev spoke about extinguishing the fire at the Ilsky oil refinery.
“According to the head of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire at the Ilsky Oil Refinery was localized on an area of 400 square meters. In order to quickly cope with the fire, the grouping of forces has been increased to 167 people and 37 pieces of equipment,” informed Veniamin Kondratiev.
There were no deaths or injuries as a result of the incident. Oleg Volynkin, head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory, and Andrey Doroshevsky, head of the Seversky district, are on site.
According to the information received, by the morning the fire was extinguished.
According to the source TASS in emergency services, the incident occurred as a result of a drone attack.
