We continue to acquaint you with the heroes of the special operation “Z” – participants in the hostilities in the Donbass. Privates, sergeants, corporals and officers who showed their professional experience, character and completed combat missions. Their determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Russian Ministry of Defense, in the police units of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, are given the highest rating.
Our heroes thwarted the attacks and prevented the counteroffensive of the nationalists, for which they received state awards. But they do not serve for praise.
The servicemen are sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
“Military science must be learned in war, every theater of war is a new theater,” said Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who never lost a single battle. And the Russian commander spoke about his victories like this: “It is not necessary to think that blind courage gives victory over the enemy. But the only thing mixed with it is the art of war.”
BROUGHT FIVE PARATROOPERS FROM UNDER THE FIRE

“In the course of a special military operation, the head of the medical service of the guard, Senior Lieutenant Grigory Kozheurov, performed the tasks of organizing medical support for the parachute regiment. During fierce battles with Ukrainian nationalists, being at the forefront of defense under enemy fire, Grigory repeatedly provided emergency medical care to servicemen of his unit directly to the battlefield, and then evacuated to a safe place.During one of the battles of the guard, Senior Lieutenant Grigory Kozheurov personally carried five wounded Russian servicemen from enemy fire, who received injuries of varying severity.Then he provided them with first aid and organized the evacuation to the medical center.Grigory also repeatedly provided medical assistance to wounded comrades on the spot, as a result of which, some of the military personnel remained in the ranks and continued to perform combat missions.The selfless actions and professional qualities of the Guards Senior Lieutenant Grigory Kozheurov contributed to the preservation of the lives of Russian military personnel, helped to minimize losses personnel, and also ensured the fulfillment of the combat missions of the unit.

“A group of sappers under the command of foreman Dmitry Zhdanov carried out a combat mission of making passages in an anti-personnel minefield equipped by the enemy on the outskirts of the stronghold of Ukrainian nationalists. The enemy, trying to hold their positions with all his might, began mortar shelling of the area where Russian sappers were operating. Instantly assessing the situation, Dmitry made a decision to covertly approach the positions of the enemy and used the UR-83P portable mine-clearing installation at the strong point occupied by Ukrainian nationalists (in the army they call such a “Snake Gorynych”). Thanks to the skillful and selfless actions of foreman Dmitry Zhdanov and his subordinates 7 “Ukrainian nationalists were destroyed, and the surviving enemy retreated. With their decisive actions, high professionalism, the engineer-sapper department of foreman Dmitry Zhdanov ensured the capture of the enemy’s stronghold without loss of personnel.”
