Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar, the brand specialized in Japanese cuisine belonging to the León restaurant group Grupo Sibuya SL, will open the doors of its new restaurant in Huelva this Thursday, located in the No. 2 Plaza Mayor Coto Mora -in the heart of the city, in an area with a large influx of public due to its cultural and gastronomic offer-.

The new restaurant is the 7th in Sibuya in Andalusia, where it already had premises in Seville, Córdoba, Cádiz, Málaga, Almería and Roquetas de Mar, which makes this Community the 2nd largest brand presence after Castilla y León , headquarters of the Group’s headquarters.

The spacious 230 m2 premises on one floor, offers capacity for 74 diners, which will soon be expanded due to the availability of a terrace in the square itself.

For its management, 18 professionals with an average age of less than 30 years have been hired, who will be in charge of offering clients the ‘Sibuya experience’, a complete tour of their innovative interpretation of the kitchen Japanese, with sushi as the protagonist, but with a variety of dishes capable of surprising its wide and heterogeneous public.

And it is that the Sibuya proposal is based on an extensive menu made with top quality products from select suppliers, in a tribute to the typical gastronomy of the Japanese country, with a average ticket of €25 affordable to all pockets.

Jesús Fernández, CEO of Grupo Sibuya, commented: ‘We have started the year completing the openings that we had planned, to continue advancing firmly in our expansion strategy. This new restaurant reinforces the presence of our Sibuya brand in a strategic area such as Andalusia, which has responded very well to our proposal, and we do it hand in hand with a partner who has already demonstrated his good work with us, so the forecasts could not be more optimistic’.

With this opening, Grupo Sibuya now has 52 operating restaurants, 43 from Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar and 9 from its second brand specializing in Asian cuisine, Kamado Asian Food.

The next openings that will take place shortly will take place in Santiago de Compostela and Cartagena (Murcia).
