1.5 thousand employees of a large construction company received wages.
Starting from February 2023, the bailiffs received more than 2.5 thousand writ of execution on the recovery of wages from a limited liability company engaged in construction and installation work. This was reported by the press service of the GU FSSP for the Krasnodar Territory.
Bailiff Nikolai Zelenetsky revealed receivables to the debtor-organization, which was immediately seized. In addition, several real estate objects and a fleet of 30 vehicles were foreclosed.
But the matter did not come to the realization of the arrested property. Thanks to the professional actions of the bailiff, the debt was collected at the expense of funds received from the counterparties of the organization.
A total of 146 million rubles. collected within two months and transferred to the claimants – wage arrears repaid in full.
