I am a happy person – I am 43. I can check my health for free every year. But those who are younger than 40 go to medical examination once every three years. Jokes aside, but I seriously try to take care of my health. Heredity in the family is so-so.
So, she took the task of the editorial office to go for a medical examination with all seriousness. Thankfully it’s simple. Thanks to national project “Health” For many Russians, medical examinations have become the norm. You could say it has become a habit. A very useful habit.
Registered on the city portal mos.ru: they invited me to come the next day – there would be a passport and a policy.
WAITING IN QUEUES
I grabbed my laptop while waiting in line. Although, in general, the employer can provide time off for medical examination. But we are workaholics…
Exactly at 15.00 I am standing at the counter of polyclinic No. 190 of the North-Eastern District of Moscow. Nobody!
I quickly fill out the documents and send them to the infomat – for testing. I press buttons, answer questions: how do I eat, do I drink, smoke, what did my relatives get sick with, was there a covid. Do I use sunscreen? So I wanted to lie that I go in for sports more than 4 times a week. But why? She answered the truth: several times a month.
Next is the pre-medical examination room.
I remember that earlier height and weight were measured by completely different devices. Now there is one electronic machine, and even the body mass index is calculated.
So, weight – 65 kg, waist circumference – 75 cm, height – 167 cm. So, stop! I have always been a meter seventy, where are my three centimeters?
– Maybe age – nurse spread her hands. – Over the years, we become smaller. Although you are not the first to notice that the device “selects” growth a little.
I sighed. It’s a shame!
FROM WEIGHT TO PRESSURE AND HEART RATE
Then they measured my blood pressure: arterial and eye. A drop of blood – and the device shows the level of sugar and cholesterol. I’m a boring patient, everything is fine with me.
– If they found something, they sent you to specialists, – the nurse explains.
I also go to the ECG room without queues. Suckers on the body, pressing a button – and my heart rate flies right into the electronic medical record. What technology has come to, I wanted to grumble.
I leave the office. All! The dispensary is over for today. It took 25 minutes!
It remains to donate blood, undergo fluorography, obstetrician-gynecologist and mammography. For all these studies, I was given electronic referrals.
Know yourself sign up for a convenient time on the Internet and come. In principle, you can catch the time and go through these studies in one day.
And fully test your health by spending just an hour of pure time.
