Gostiny Dvor will host the All-Russian Forum “Health of the Nation – the Basis for Russia’s Prosperity”
On May 11-13, the 18th All-Russian Forum “The Health of the Nation is the Basis for Russia’s Prosperity” will be held at the Gostiny Dvor Exhibition Complex (Ilyinka St., 4). Co-organizers of the forum-2023: All-Russian public organization “League of the Health of the Nation”, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
The main idea of the forum is to discuss the problems of public health development, to consider successful multilateral strategies, programs and practices. Determination of measures to optimize state policy, activate business, public associations and citizens in strengthening public health.
At the forum, it is planned to demonstrate, using examples of best practices, that a healthy society is impossible without consolidating the efforts and responsible actions of the state, business, public organizations and citizens. This approach is embedded in the formation of the main topics for conferences, round tables and master classes. Conventionally, they can be divided into several areas: improving the healthcare system, comprehensive interdepartmental and interdisciplinary interaction of all participants in the field of public health, social responsibility of Russian business, participation of citizens in improving the culture of health, etc.
Invited to the opening of the forum: President of the League of Health of the Nation, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Leo Bokeria, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Co-Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Forum Alexander Shokhin, Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Oleg Salagay, Deputy Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Odes Baisultanov, First Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Alexander Bugaev, First Deputy Minister of Labor and social protection of the Russian Federation Alexey Vovchenko and many others.
The structure of the forum includes a Plenary session, congress events, the Health for All exhibition, competitive and presentation programs, training seminars and master classes, and a cheerleading championship.
The plenary session of the forum will be devoted to the topic of preserving and strengthening the health of the population, as a strategic task to ensure sustainable development and stability in Russia. The forum participants will discuss the sustainability of the healthcare system in the new conditions, its readiness for new challenges. Among the most relevant topics at the forum are: import substitution priorities in healthcare, drug supply (labeling of medicines, state regulation of prices for medicines and medical devices), digitalization of healthcare, organization of medical care and medical care in the newly joined territories.
Also in the field of view of specialists is a new procedure for medical examination and dispensary observation of chronic patients, targeted methods of managing the healthcare system, methods of “lean production” in healthcare, a shortage of medical personnel, the organization of “seamless” routing of medical services at all stages of a person’s life path: perinatal period and health of the child, the health of a working person and maintaining the quality of life in old age, the health of people of military age, people in the reserve, war veterans, corporate health protection systems and the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the role of public organizations in building a “healthy society” , in the concept of “public health”, in the implementation of population programs for the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
As part of the congress and exhibition events of the forum, Rospotrebnadzor will present communication and information technologies in the prevention and preservation of public health. The RSPP will talk about corporate systems of health care and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, as well as about modern aspects of social entrepreneurship. The Ministry of Sports of Russia will dwell separately on the development of corporate sports. In addition, topical problems of the pharmaceutical and medical industries will be discussed.
Among interesting topics: “Urban environment and sports: how to create an involving infrastructure” and “Problems of regulation of genetic research.” The agenda of the forum also includes the development of a system of comprehensive rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled people, including children of disabled people, in the Russian Federation. As well as psychological support for combat stress disorders and post-traumatic stress disorders.
In addition, two thematic cycles of events will be held: May 12 – “Day of Municipalities”, a joint project of the League of Nation’s Health and the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government, as well as “Health Map of Russia” – a project of the League and the Association of Health Tourism.
Regions will be widely represented.
