Renfe has put for sale this tuesday the tickets for trains between Huelva and Madrid from June 1 to September 30both Alvia and Intercity reinforcement trains on weekends.
Due to the improvement works scheduled by Adif in the province of Córdoba on the high-speed line, from June 1 to September 30, and the limitation of operating capacity that they entail, Renfe has rescheduled its offer in order to facilitate the mobility of its customers and guarantee the reliability of the new established schedules.
Renfe will maintain the programming between Huelva and Madrid. Due to the modifications involved in the infrastructure improvement works, the Alvia service will circulate every day except Sundays in the Huelva-Madrid direction, which will be done by the reinforced Intercity, always with double the usual seats. In the opposite direction, Madrid-Huelva, the Alvia will run every day, except Saturdays, which will run Intercity.
The trains between Huelva and Madrid, like the rest of those that circulate on the high-speed road between Andalusia and the capital of Spain, modify their usual schedules and will register slight increases in travel times, between 15 and 30 minutes, to adjust them to the marches established by Adif during the works scheduled between June 1 and September 30.
Voluntary Punctuality Commitment
Despite the modifications derived from the Adif improvement works, Renfe maintains its Voluntary Commitment to Punctuality, the best in the world in the railway sector, for which 50% of the ticket will be returned to Alvia for delays of more than 30 minutes and 100% for more than 60 minutes. At Intercity, this commitment establishes a 50% return for more than 60 minutes and 100% for more than 90 minutes.
