The research service of hh.ru, the largest online recruiting platform in Russia, found out whether Rostovites are satisfied with the current level of wages.
A survey of local residents conducted by hh.ru showed that only 23% of Rostovites are quite satisfied with the level of current wages. Another 76% of local respondents said that they are unhappy with their salary and believe that it should be more. The rest hesitated to answer. Compared to 2022, the share of workers dissatisfied with their wages in the South of Russia increased by 5%.
More than half (54%) of Rostovites who are not satisfied with their salary believe that it should grow twice or more from their current level of income. Every fifth (20%) would like to increase current earnings by more than 2-3 times.
