
The Krasnodar Territory, along with Moscow and St. Petersburg, became one of the leading regions in terms of issuance of preferential mortgages at Otkritie Bank. In the first quarter of 2023, the volume of loans issued showed an increase of 4.5 times. Mortgage with state support and Family Mortgage, which account for 83% of all transactions, are in high demand among borrowers.
The share of the Mortgage with State Support program in the total volume of housing loans issued by the bank in the first quarter of 2023 amounted to 41%. Growth compared to the same period last year by 502%. At the same time, the share of Family Mortgage reached 42%, having increased by 437% in ruble terms.
The average loan amount was 4.8 million rubles, it grew by 139% over the year.
Otkritie Bank participates in all state programs of preferential mortgages – Family Mortgage, Mortgage with State Support, IT Mortgage, Far Eastern Mortgage.
Under the Family Mortgage program, at a rate of 5.5% per annum, families with a child born after January 1, 2018 can apply for or refinance a mortgage loan for an apartment in a new building, and families with two children under 18, regardless of their date birth, a mortgage loan is available for an apartment in a new building. “Mortgage with state support” provides for the purchase of an apartment under construction or a finished apartment from a developer at a rate of 7.5% per annum. Any citizen of the Russian Federation, regardless of marital status and social status, can take part in the program. The maximum loan amount under preferential programs is 12 million rubles, the loan term is up to 30 years, the size of the down payment is from 15% to 80%.
