The Postal Logistics Company (PLC), a subsidiary of the Russian Post, and Evropak LLC have agreed to jointly develop the transportation of liquid and bulk cargo in flexitanks and container liners. The partners will jointly form and export container trains on a monthly basis.
The companies signed an agreement on this on the sidelines of the international exhibition of transport and logistics services TransRussia 2023.
“We continue to adapt to the structural changes that have taken place over the past year with cross-border and domestic logistics. Partnerships with leading industry players allow us to solve this problem most effectively. I am sure that the declared volumes are just the start of fruitful cooperation in the liquid and bulk cargo market,” said Sergey Sluzhaev, Executive Director of the Postal Logistics Company.
“For Europack, cooperation with the Postal Logistics Company is an important stage in the development of its own service. The Russian Post has a well-developed logistics infrastructure, the activation of which will effectively meet the needs of customers from all sectors of the economy,” commented Anna Usacheva, Logistics Director at Europack.
