Presnensky District Court of Moscow registered a statement from Akinshina to Gelovani

Personal life Oksana Akinshina – the same quest. For the past three years, the actress has been inseparable from Danila Kozlovsky, with whom she had an affair on the set of the film Chernobyl. But all this time, Oksana continues to be the legal wife of a film producer. Archil Gelovani: despite the separation in 2018, they never filed for a divorce. But the other day, the artist filed another, no less curious lawsuit against her husband.
So, on April 20, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow registered a statement from Akinshina to Gelovani for the recovery of money under a loan agreement. It turns out that the wife lent money to her husband, but he never returned it. What amount is at stake is not disclosed in court, and even a meeting has not yet been scheduled. However, such cases are usually resolved quickly, especially if there is a receipt: the court takes the side of the borrower, and then, if he has nothing to pay, bailiffs are involved.
It seems that things have not been going well with Archil Gelovani lately, although in 2012, when Akinshina married him, the producer was called exclusively a “millionaire” in the press. Like, what kind of spouse did she grab: she studied at Harvard, worked in New York, was engaged in high-tech business projects, produced films …
However, cinema is a thing of the past for Gelovani: he produced his last film in 2015, and two of his three companies, according to KP.RU, have closed. Now, in the assets of the husband of the actress, only the company “Independent TV Project” remains, which is barely making ends meet. Judging by the latest financial statements, the Gelovani project brings in 584,000 rubles of net profit per year, which is less than 50,000 per month.
At the same time, the actress’s relationship with her husband-producer is unstable: either he allegedly takes the children to Georgia against her will (from Gelovani, Oksana is raising her 10-year-old son Kostya and six-year-old daughter Emmy), then the couple suddenly goes out together. Just a few months ago, in August 2022, Akinshina appeared with her lawful spouse at the presentation of the new season of the Container series, fueling rumors of a family reunion and parting with Kozlovsky.
