Recall that the RRC SK is a state unitary enterprise subordinate to the regional Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities. The regional settlement center of the Stavropol Territory collects, processes and splits utility bills received from the population, and also popularizes a single payment receipt (UPD).
A single payment document is an official receipt for services housing and communal services, it reflects information on the amount of accruals for housing and communal services for the past month.
