The Avangard educational and methodological center named after the Hero of Russia Maxim Serafimov is already operating on the territory of the Patriot Park of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

“In the near future, builders will complete the construction of a new canteen building, as well as residential modules for children with a capacity of up to 100 people. In the future, they plan to create a large sports core and a platform for controlling unmanned aerial vehicles here,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Ruslan Tsalikov, First Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia, observed the construction of new facilities in the Patriot Park in the Republic of Bashkortostan today, during a working trip to the troops of the Central Military District.

Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov visited the training facilities, training areas, a sports complex, a parachute tower, an obstacle course, a museum of military equipment and a partisan village with the Deputy Minister.

They also talked with schoolchildren – participants of one of the educational and patriotic shifts, and also discussed with them the issues of further development of the park.

“More than 4,000 schoolchildren have already completed training camps at the Avangard center,” the military department stressed.
