The candidate for mayor of Huelva by VOX, Wenceslao Font, is accompanied on the list with which he attends the municipal elections on May 28 by a “solid, committed and highly prepared” team of men and women “willing to reverse the situation of paralysis and disorganization that the capital is going through due to the mismanagement of resources and the conformism that has characterized the successive municipal governments that have led the city in recent decades. |
Although the complete list will be presented to society in an act that will be announced in the coming days and that will be attended by a national leader of VOXas well as the provincial president and Andalusian parliamentarian, Rafael Segovia, who closes the candidacy, Wenceslao Font advances that María López Zambrano accompanies him as number two.
“Committed to the VOX project and a tireless worker”, the provincial vice president of training, María López, has a degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Seville specializing in Electronics and works as head of HSEQ Projects (Health, Security, Environment Environment and Quality) at CEPSA.
With more than 25 years of experience in private business, López is committed to the implementation of efficient management operating models and to laying the foundations that make Huelva attractive for investment.
Vox convinces María Ponce after passing through Cs
Number three is María Ponce Gallardo. Diploma in Tourism, Master’s Degree in Management and Business Administration, she has been a senator, provincial deputy and councilor in Aljaraque. With solid political experience, Ponce has joined the ranks of VOX, as she publicly announced on March 27 together with the provincial president and Andalusian parliamentarian, Rafael Segovia, with much delusion and desire to continue working to improve the future of Huelva and convinced that VOX is the only party that, after so many years of bipartisanship and disappointments, will provide Huelva with an opportunity to develop.
Raúl Molina Alcocer, a very active member of the local Font Briones team in the capital, is number four. The former soccer player from Jerez who, among other clubs, was a member of the Xerez CD and Espanyol, lived his best stage as a footballer wearing the Recreativo shirt. Raúl, who works as a salesperson for Toyota in Huelva and holds the title of National Coach, Sports Director and Master Scouting, joined Wenceslao Font’s local team at the beginning of 2022 and has been working in the Sports and Culture area ever since.
Urban development and the commitment to a solid economic project that allows Huelva to take off are mainstays of the work that Antonio Palomares García, a lawyer from the firm Antonio Palomares García, a specialist in Civil Law and Public Law, has been developing at VOX. Fifth in the VOX candidacy, Palomares is “a tireless defender of Huelva”.
In numbers six, seven and eight, Wenceslao Font is accompanied by the president and manager of the Society for the Protection of Animals and Plants of Huelva and the Veterinary Clinic, Pepi Martín Pérez; the practicing lawyer and professor of Criminal Law at the University of Huelva Ohiana Pérez Domínguez; and José Antonio Ponce Beas, professional conductor at EMTUSA, president of the La Merced Cultural Musical Association and director of the Band of bugles and drums Nuestro Padre Jesús de la Humildad.
Argenis Vargas Soler, self-employed in the hospitality sector, and electronic engineer José Ramón Castro García, Secondary and Baccalaureate teacher in the fields of Technology, Computing and Robotics and ICTs, complete the candidacy in positions nine and ten.
“Excited and grateful for the involvement of a first-class team”, Wenceslao Font stresses that the well-being of all the residents of Huelva, the unblocking of projects, the improvement of public services and the recovery of values and our hallmarks are “flags of a program endorsed by a party that does love Huelva ” and commitment to “take care of what is ours”.
Thus, he values that “after decades of abandonment and neglect for Huelva, in which PSOE and PP have exchanged cards to remain in power without worrying about improving the city”, this candidacy has “management experts and members from different professional areas who know at street level the real problems of the people of Huelva and who are willing to put the capital on the map and fight for its future”.
In order for this to be possible and, unlike other candidacies, the mayor highlights that his project for the capital has the support of a great party, VOX, which “does bet on Huelva” and that “without a doubt it comes to change the things”.
