Eating starch and proteins together:
Beef and potatoes. Burger and fries these are all combination that makes us feel full and unfordable quickly. This is because causes indigestion and acid reflux.
Why? Because starch digests quickly but protein doesn’t and since they are all mixed up they take a long time to finish the digestion process. But by the starch starts to ferment and releases gas which makes us feel bloated.
